Product and Facial Services Policies:
1. No Returns or Refunds:
• All product and facial service sales are final. We do not accept returns, and refunds are not provided.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy:
• A $25 booking fee is required to secure a facial service appointment. This fee is credited towards the total treatment cost.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid the forfeiture of the $25 booking fee. No shows, you will lose your $25.00 booking fee. When you book an appointment it means you agree to all the policies in place.
3. Appointment Booking Process:
• Facial service appointments are to be requested online. We will contact you to confirm and finalize the appointment, taking into consideration availability.
• While we strive to accommodate preferred dates and times, we cannot guarantee your requested appointment date.
4. Arrival Time:
• Please arrive at your appointment precisely at the scheduled time to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Late Policy:
• I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event of a slight delay, please note that any time beyond the scheduled start will be deducted from your treatment duration. For instance, if you booked a 1-hour and 15-minute facial and are 30 minutes late, your session will be adjusted to a 45-minute duration. This policy is in place to ensure the seamless service of clients following your appointment. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
6. Intake & Consent Form:
• Each patient is required to complete an intake form prior to treatment date and complete a consent form before receiving any facial services. This ensures that we are aware of any pertinent information regarding your health and skin.
• Full payment for facial services is due at the time of the appointment. Products can be purchased online or in-store. Various payment methods are accepted for your convenience.
Method of Payment:
I accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
No manual credit card entry to terminal machine.
Receipts are only provided via email. Paper receipts are not available.
Clients must pay 13% tax on all purchases and products.

Face Mask Requirement: Clients are required to wear a face mask upon arrival and during verbal consultations. Masks will be temporarily removed during the facial.
Solo Appointments: To ensure a safe environment, we kindly ask clients not to bring guests. Only the client with a scheduled appointment will be permitted in the treatment room.
Arrival Protocol: Clients arriving early should wait in their cars until it is time for their appointment, promoting a smooth and staggered flow of visits.
Illness Rescheduling: We prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms such as cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, headache, etc., we kindly request you to reschedule your appointment. Please wait until your symptoms have subsided before booking your next visit.
